Cloud for Sovereignty

Last week we had the opportunity to speak at the community Azure Dutch Meetup about the Security topic "What is Confidential Compute with Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty". The meetup was organized in the evening, hosted at Xebia Microsoft Services in Hilversum. During that evening I presented with Arnold van Wijnbergen. Our colleque Dwaine Ridderhof presented the second talk with demonstrations, more related to Entra ID.

Together with an amazing audience, we shared our first experiences about Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty related topics. We explained what Cloud for Sovereignty is, why you want to use this technology shown using some practical use cases and how to implement this, combined with lessons learned! It is important to understand this topic, since it will be implemented in all next generation secure cloud implementations. We closed the evening providing the ultimate guide protecting your assets in Sovereign Cloud.

There was a fantastic big audience, a good atmosphere, great food, lots of good energy, deepdive discussions with a lot of questions answered! There were around 50+ people attending this meetup. Really liked the open community discussions on several concepts and potential improvements.
