Welcome on my page! My name is Dinant Paardenkooper. My name is Dinant Paardenkooper. I'm an enthusiastic, result-driven and experienced Cloud Native IT architect, with a big eagerness to learn and implement new technologies. People see me as a true team player who consistently shares knowledge and expertise with others, encouraging new ways of thinking. With my talent I break down complex concepts and making them easily understandable for others.
Throughout my career, I’ve become a respected thought leader in the industry, sharing my knowledge and expertise with others, being recognised by Microsoft, and receiving the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional or MVP Award in the Azure category. To maintain my expertise and keep it at the right level I harvest knowledge by frequently visiting conferences, absorb tutorials and validate my knowledge with online courses like Microsoft Learn. Over the years I received over 20+ certifications (AzureDevOps | AZURE | GitLab| KCNA | CKA | CKS| CKAD | HASHICORP | CALICO) that assessed my skills.
With a successful track record and 20+ years of experience, I’m helping small and Enterprise organisations how they can adopt IT-changes into their organisation. Not only introduce and implement new technology but also by building relationships in a safe environment and mentoring the people within the company. Customers see me as a sparring partner, understanding their challenges and the ability to translate these into concrete solutions and strategy.
Recently, I became a speaker I had the honour to share my knowledge on different community platforms. Sharing knowledge makes me happy and motivates me to help other organisations to let them learn, experience and hear best practices (on architecture, security and privacy) and hands-on experience out of the field, so they can adopt the new technology faster and help them to move forward in their Azure Cloud Journey.
Besides focussing on the importance of sharing knowledge, I want to help others when they ask, be a listening ear, encourage them in a practical way "learn by doing", and let them see how to simplify complexity in a architectural, secure and cost efficient way.
